Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful closure of integrated security projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, sales, and installation teams to define project scope, technical requirements, and system specifications.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Public Address systems.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, risk assessments, and handover documents.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Champion customer satisfaction by ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project management within the integrated security, building management systems (BMS), IT infrastructure, or related engineering sectors.
- Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with security systems such as CCTV (IP & Analog), Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Intercoms.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively.
- Competency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Johor and occasionally to other parts of Malaysia for project sites.
