You will oversee site progress, coordinate with contractors, and ensure all technical documentation aligns with the approved design intent. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate closely with interior designers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Monitor site progress daily and provide detailed reports on project milestones and potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with building regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, RFIs, submittals, and material schedules.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and ensure alignment with design intent and client expectations.
- Proactively manage project costs and resources to ensure completion within the allocated budget.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design project management or fit-out engineering.
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing software such as AutoCAD.
- Excellent knowledge of interior construction materials, detailing, and installation processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead site meetings.
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and workplace safety (WSH) regulations.
