Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and implement IT cabling systems for various client projects
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT technicians, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Conduct site surveys and assessments for new installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cabling systems
- Prepare detailed project documentation including schematics and reports
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT cabling and infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801)
- Familiarity with network hardware and telecommunications systems
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
- Relevant certifications such as RCDD, BICSI, or CompTIA Network+ are advantageous
