Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans aligned with client requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders for cohesive project delivery
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time completion
- Manage project budgets and resources to optimize cost-efficiency
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction or industrial sectors
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Singaporean PR or Employment Pass holder
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
