Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction project timelines to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Supervise on-site contractors and personnel to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate between clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and project documentation for management review.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking material costs and labor expenditures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality meets organizational standards.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management or site engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin.
- Ability to travel frequently between Kuala Lumpur and Johor as required by project sites.
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, safety standards (OSHA), and building regulations.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle for travel to project locations.
