Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications and approved designs
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting while addressing technical issues
- Review and approve construction plans, technical drawings, and material specifications
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases
- Manage project documentation including permits, change orders, and compliance certificates
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for construction operations
- Liaise with government authorities for permits and regulatory approvals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Valid Professional Civil Engineer license (Philippines)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project supervision
- Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety standards
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural/engineering drawings
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
