Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee mechanical and electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions as needed
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E project engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications in project management or engineering are advantageous
