Are you a detail-oriented engineering professional looking to advance your career? We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer (M&E) to oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing M&E engineering works to ensure technical accuracy, seamless coordination, and the highest quality standards across all engineering deliverables.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, and stakeholders, to deliver projects on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage M&E engineering works from concept through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet technical specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project reports using industry-standard software.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore's building codes and local regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost control reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (M&E).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&E project engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s Code of Practice for mechanical and electrical works.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid engineering professional qualification is preferred.
