Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage onsite M&E project execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Supervise sub-contractors and direct labor teams to ensure high-quality installation and workmanship.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor and track project progress, preparing detailed daily/weekly reports for management review.
- Manage M&E documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, and RFI processes.
- Ensure all site activities are conducted in strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E project management within the Singapore construction or facility industry.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex M&E shop drawings and schematics.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing site teams effectively.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, or MS Project is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred.
