Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with M&E design specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and work progress.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, method statements, and risk assessment documents (RAMS).
- Ensure all engineering works are executed in accordance with BCA standards and Singapore building codes.
- Lead and mentor junior site staff or field technicians to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in M&E project coordination within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Fire Protection).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, or Microsoft Project is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Possess a valid driving license (preferred) and willingness to travel between project sites in North/West/East regions.
