Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E and ACMV projects from conception to completion
- Prepare project documentation including drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve technical issues and implement solutions during project execution
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E and ACMV project management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid PE (Professional Engineer) certification is a plus
