In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical (M&E) project lifecycle from inception to completion. You will work closely with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure all air conditioning and ventilation projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily M&E site activities to ensure projects adhere to technical specifications and schedules.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and material submittals.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed according to the project timeline and quality benchmarks.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on site.
- Perform site inspections and testing/commissioning of HVAC systems upon project completion.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for material planning and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in M&E project coordination, preferably within the HVAC/Construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite for project management tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- Ability to read and interpret complex M&E drawings and schematics.
