Tanggung Jawab
- Manage M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress for compliance with technical specifications
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, documentation, and quality control reports
- Resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions during project execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Optimize resource allocation and manage project budgets effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E project management within building construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in commercial/residential buildings
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Certification in project management (PMP) or M&E engineering preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical details
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
