Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) installation, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.
- Collaborate closely with clients, main contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive project progress reports, technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings.
- Ensure all M&E and building system works comply with local safety regulations, building codes, and strict quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, resource allocation, and budget variations to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend weekly project meetings and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain high-quality handovers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in M&E or building systems project engineering.
- Strong familiarity with local building regulations, code of practices, and construction safety standards in Singapore.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM / Revit, or other engineering design and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and sub-contractors effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under tight project deadlines.
