Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end M&E and ACMV project lifecycles including planning, execution, and handover
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project specifications
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and technical troubleshooting during construction phases
- Prepare project documentation including drawings, schedules, and compliance reports
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets while mitigating risks
- Ensure adherence to Singapore's building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Lead technical meetings and provide engineering solutions to field challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of M&E/ACMV project management experience in construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM software
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PE, PMP, or Green Mark preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Singaporean construction regulations and tender processes
