Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all M&E construction project activities from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and progress reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Resolve technical issues and on-site challenges efficiently to minimize delays.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (M&E specialization preferred).
- Proven experience in construction project management; senior roles are available for qualified candidates.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a 5.25 work week schedule.
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Valid engineering license or certification is a plus.
