The Role
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the technical and operational aspects of M&E and Electrical Engineering projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating with design and site teams to ensure seamless execution, and proactively identifying and resolving technical issues to keep projects on track. You will be instrumental in ensuring all installations comply with the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders will be crucial for success.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on engineer with a passion for project management and a strong foundation in electrical systems and M&E coordination. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a meticulous approach to documentation, and the resilience to manage multiple priorities effectively. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, coupled with at least 2-3 years of relevant project engineering experience in Singapore, is highly desirable.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee M&E and electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site problems promptly to avoid project delays.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, method statements, and project documentation.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant codes of practice, regulations, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer in M&E and/or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., BCA, LTA requirements).
- Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Registered as a Resident Engineer (RE) or relevant certifications are an added advantage.
