We are looking for a talented Project Engineer (M&E) to join our growing team in Pioneer, West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) construction projects, ensuring they are delivered with precision and efficiency. You will work alongside industry experts, managing the technical aspects of projects while fostering a collaborative atmosphere that drives innovation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of M&E construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of engineering systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including technical reports, blueprints, and progress updates.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Ensure all engineering solutions are cost-effective, sustainable, and meet client specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in M&E construction or project management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with clients and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid Engineering Council of Singapore (ECS) registration is preferred.
