Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from inception to completion
- Oversee site maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Prepare project documentation including plans, schedules, and budget estimates
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all project activities
- Prepare regular reports on project status, maintenance activities, and resource utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering and site maintenance
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and maintenance protocols
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or engineering maintenance is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
