Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing projects, ensuring milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical roadblocks.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, technical specifications, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and internal maintenance teams for the installation, testing, and commissioning of new production machinery.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and corporate compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or project engineering environment.
- Proven expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean).
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in equipment integration and process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SAP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
