Tanggung Jawab
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including project assessments, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Manage post-sales implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet client objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with mechanical engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) is an advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, engineering projects, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of pre-sales and post-sales processes within a technical solutions environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
