You will handle everything from initial project costing and procurement to site commissioning and stakeholder management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and technical specifications.
- Conduct detailed project costing, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Manage the procurement process, including vendor sourcing, material selection, and contract negotiation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to ensure project alignment.
- Supervise on-site installation and commissioning activities to ensure safety and performance standards.
- Monitor progress through regular reporting and proactive troubleshooting of engineering challenges.
- Ensure all documentation and project records are maintained according to industry compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project engineering or project coordination roles.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing/installation processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost-efficiency and technical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple project workflows simultaneously.
