Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical studies and root-cause analysis for recurring mechanical failures within the plant.
- Design, oversee, and execute mechanical improvement projects that extend beyond standard line maintenance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical integrity and optimal equipment performance.
- Manage project lifecycles, from initial concept and feasibility studies to final implementation and commissioning.
- Ensure all mechanical engineering work complies with Holcim’s rigorous safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures for new or modified mechanical installations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and efficiency of implemented engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing, cement, or power plant mechanical maintenance or project engineering.
- Strong background in mechanical design, predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting rotating equipment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for technical design and project planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable and long-term engineering solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, industrial plant environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical staff and plant management.
