Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, design, construction phases, and expansion of mechanical engineering projects specifically for data centers.
- Manage the coordination of technical studies and ensure all engineering records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Oversee the build-out process, ensuring all systems are installed correctly and meet quality standards.
- Review and validate as-built plans to ensure they reflect the current state of the infrastructure and operational requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and construction personnel.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site engineering issues, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare detailed project reports, technical specifications, and engineering documentation for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in project engineering, preferably within the data center, facility management, or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and mechanical building services.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and engineering record management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong plus.
