Tanggung Jawab
- Lead project planning and implementation, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgetary requirements.
- Provide comprehensive technical oversight and guidance for on-site engineering activities.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control.
- Prepare accurate and timely progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site engineering challenges through effective troubleshooting and innovative problem-solving.
- Manage project resource allocation, including manpower and equipment, to maximize operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in site management or project engineering.
- Proven track record of managing construction or M&E projects within Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, blueprints, and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between KL and Johor as required.
