Epiterma Mas Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer (Mechanical) to join our dynamic team for a prestigious high-rise building project in Jakarta Selatan. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all mechanical installations are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency, adhering to international building standards and local regulations.
As our Project Engineer, you will bridge the gap between design and implementation, managing site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that project timelines and quality benchmarks are met. We are looking for an individual with deep technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and high-rise construction dynamics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily mechanical engineering site activities for high-rise building construction.
- Ensure all mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire safety) comply with blueprints, technical specifications, and safety codes.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues in real-time.
- Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive reports on site performance and material utilization.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure mechanical installations meet project standards.
- Manage material procurement and logistics to ensure zero downtime during construction phases.
- Ensure all activities adhere to strict project safety (K3) protocols and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-rise building projects within the Indonesian construction industry.
- Proficiency in mechanical drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM tools).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction standards (SNI) and international MEP design practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure construction environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead multicultural sub-contractor teams.
- Proven ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
