Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, design review, and implementation of mechanical systems for water and wastewater treatment plants and related infrastructure.
- Prepare and review engineering specifications, drawings, and technical reports to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality control.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Perform calculations and analyses for mechanical equipment selection, sizing, and optimization.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local and national environmental regulations and engineering codes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in project engineering, specifically within water supply, wastewater treatment, or related heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pumps, valves, piping, and various treatment technologies used in water and wastewater facilities.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD; experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Must be willing to work primarily in Calamba City, Laguna, and travel to various project sites as required.
