Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and milestone achievement
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control measures
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Implement cost-effective engineering solutions while maintaining safety protocols
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and adjust timelines as needed
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions in shift-based operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in industrial/construction sectors
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian engineering standards and regulations
- Proven ability to work effectively in shift-based schedules and flexible hours
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
