PT SECM Tech Indonesia is at the forefront of engineering excellence, actively building Indonesia’s digital future through cutting-edge infrastructure projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Project Engineer - MEP to join our dynamic team in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
In this role, you will oversee and drive the successful execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for high-tech industrial facilities and digital infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering activities to ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Review MEP designs, technical drawings, specifications, and materials submittals for compliance with standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate closely with sub-contractors, clients, design consultants, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical design discrepancies and site issues.
- Manage the testing, commissioning, and successful handover of MEP systems (such as HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and water supply).
- Enforce strict adherence to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on site.
- Prepare regular project progress reports, documentation, and technical updates for project management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid experience as an MEP Project Engineer, preferably working on data centers, high-tech industrial plants, or large commercial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, firefighting systems, high/low voltage systems, and piping.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of professional integrity.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is highly desirable for cross-border collaboration.
- Willingness to be stationed full-time in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
