Are you an aspiring or experienced MEPF professional looking to make a significant impact in the fire safety industry? 8A Fire Safety Maintenance and Manufacturing Corporation is currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Naic, Cavite.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our fire protection projects. You will be responsible for translating complex engineering requirements into precise technical drawings and designs that ensure safety and compliance. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, update, and maintain precise MEPF technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
- Design fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and suppression systems, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure design accuracy and seamless project execution.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, quantity take-offs, and bill of materials (BOM) for project bidding and procurement.
- Perform site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved design specifications.
- Conduct design reviews to identify potential conflicts in utility or structural layouts.
- Provide technical support and documentation for regulatory permits and safety audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MEPF design, drafting, or project engineering, preferably within the fire safety industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design-related software.
- Solid understanding of local building codes and Philippine fire safety standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating between stakeholders and site teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines efficiently.
- Fresh graduates with high proficiency in MEPF drafting are encouraged to apply.
