Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of mining infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments including civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure project alignment.
- Review engineering designs, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor daily site progress, prepare status reports, and provide technical guidance to resolve on-site engineering issues.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, contractors, and site personnel to facilitate seamless project flow.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and safety protocols at all stages of the construction process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically within the mining or heavy infrastructure sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure construction methods, materials, and machinery.
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a challenging, on-site field environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
