Due to the successful intake of several new and high-profile projects, they are currently expanding their engineering team and are actively seeking dedicated and highly motivated Project Engineers to join their office located in Yishun, North Region.

As a Project Engineer, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design coordination through to execution, monitoring, and successful close-out. You will be the key point of contact, coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, project budgets, and critical deadlines. Your ability to solve problems proactively and manage risks will be essential to the success of the team.
The Offer:
- Basic Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor work and resolve technical issues.
- Manage project procurement, including reviewing quotations and issuing purchase orders.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and monthly progress claims.
- Ensure strict compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Assist in cost control, variation orders, and final account close-out.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience in project engineering, preferably in the construction or M&E industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in an MNC environment is preferred.
