Garuda Metalindo is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer (New Product Development) to spearhead our innovation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the entire project lifecycle, from the initial concept and design phases through to final production and launch. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle from concept design to mass production.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product lines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier capabilities for new components.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or New Product Development.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with CAD software, PLM systems, and engineering simulation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
