Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate construction activities across project phases to ensure timely execution
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, schedules, and reports
- Implement quality control measures to improve build consistency and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and streamline workflows
- Monitor project progress against milestones and budget constraints
- Conduct regular site inspections and compliance audits
- Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety protocols
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Ability to work night shift schedule with weekends off
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
