Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Prepare and review technical documentation including blueprints, specifications, and progress reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues and ensure alignment
- Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions for quality control
- Manage resources including materials, equipment, and personnel allocation
- Develop and maintain project risk mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project construction engineering or coordination
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is advantageous
- Ability to work in challenging field environments
