Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from planning to handover in panel manufacturing operations
- Ensure technical specifications and quality standards are consistently met
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with critical path management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance
- Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and troubleshoot technical issues
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years experience in project management within panel manufacturing
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
