Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute physical security system projects from conception to completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand security requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Prepare project documentation including plans, reports, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during project implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in physical security systems
- Strong knowledge of physical security technologies including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
