Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily on-site construction operations, directing subcontractors and work crews to ensure seamless project execution.
- Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring full compliance with engineering standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and proactively addressing potential delays or issues.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs related to materials, labor, and equipment.
- Enforce rigorous quality control standards through regular inspections and testing of materials and workmanship.
- Champion a strong safety culture on-site by conducting regular safety meetings and inspections, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and field-related challenges effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Proven track record of managing site teams and subcontractor relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Willingness to be assigned to and reside in or near Plaridel, Quezon.
