Tanggung Jawab
- Manage plumbing and sanitary shop drawings, ensuring alignment with design specifications and regulatory requirements
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) processes to maintain industry standards
- Lead and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors, for efficient project execution
- Liaise with regulatory authorities (RTO/RE) for approvals and compliance documentation
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols in accordance with local regulations
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance on plumbing system installations
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary engineering
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with QAQC procedures and site management methodologies
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., SSSTS) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and team leadership
