In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that plumbing and sanitary systems are executed to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and within budget.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the construction lifecycle, acting as the primary liaison between consultants, clients, and specialist subcontractors. You will be responsible for technical coordination, site supervision, and ensuring full compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all Plumbing & Sanitary installation works on-site to ensure full compliance with architectural and structural drawings.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and manage site progress.
- Prepare and review technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings for approval.
- Monitor site progress against the master construction schedule and implement mitigation plans where necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage material procurement, site requisition, and control wastage to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with other M&E disciplines to resolve interface clashes and ensure seamless integration of services.
- Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation for project handover.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works within the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Standard (SS) Codes of Practice for Plumbing and Sanitary systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
