Join Trust Recruit as a Project Engineer specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Management in the dynamic North Region. This role bridges technical execution with strategic product lifecycle management, requiring expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and VB development. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to commercialization, ensuring seamless integration of engineering solutions with market requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end NPI projects from ideation to market launch
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, manufacturing)
- Develop project plans using AWS cloud infrastructure solutions
- Implement VB-based automation for product testing and validation
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure timely milestone delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Collaborate with product management on feature prioritization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years in project management/NPI roles
- AWS certification or cloud infrastructure experience
- Proficiency in VB for automation/development
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
