- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from tender submission to final handover
- Lead site coordination activities and oversee contractor performance
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and tender documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with OHS regulations and safety protocols
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules using industry best practices
- Oversee plant maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime
- Monitor project budgets and report financial performance to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or similar role
- Proven expertise in sales processes and tender management
- Strong knowledge of OHS compliance standards and safety management
- Experience with site coordination and plant maintenance protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
