Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full project lifecycle for electrical infrastructure projects including substations and distribution networks
- Lead tender preparation, evaluation, and contract negotiations with utility providers
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Implement rigorous project controls for budget, timeline, and quality assurance
- Conduct on-site supervision ensuring adherence to safety protocols and technical specifications
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges during project execution phases
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within electrical utilities sector
- Proven track record with SESCO, TNB, or SESB projects preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of substation design and power distribution systems
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP certification advantageous)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
