Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Protege initiatives including planning, execution, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource requirements
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and progress reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in relevant industries
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in budget management and resource optimization
- Knowledge of local engineering standards and regulations in Malaysia
