Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing property development projects
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities
- Track project expenses and prepare regular reports for management review
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays in project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management or quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software and quantity surveying tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in project management or quantity surveying is a plus
- Experience with property development projects in Sabah is advantageous
