This role is pivotal in delivering Large Scale Solar (LSS) projects across various locations, including Pasir Mas, Tok Bali, Kulim, Teluk Intan, and Tangkak.
As a Project Engineer, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that our renewable energy infrastructure is built to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage site resources, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in comprehensive project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for LSS solar projects.
- Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical onsite challenges.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management reviews.
- Ensure all site activities adhere to strict Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify installation quality and alignment with engineering designs.
- Support the procurement process by managing material deliveries and site inventory levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the construction or solar energy sector.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
- Ability to travel frequently and be stationed at various project sites (Pasir Mas, Tok Bali, Kulim, Teluk Intan, or Tangkak).
- Proficient in technical drawing interpretation and engineering software (AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse site teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
