Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for residential construction sites
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors during all project phases
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Oversee on-site operations including material procurement, labor allocation, and progress monitoring
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and change orders
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Certified Safety Officer or equivalent construction safety certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
