Join Raau Engineering Services as a hands-on Project Engineer and drive excellence in residential and civil construction projects across Biñan and Sta. Rosa, Laguna. This critical role requires contractor-side expertise to oversee project execution from conception to completion. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain strict timelines and budget parameters. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage residential and fitout construction projects from planning to handover
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless execution
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance
- Prepare project documentation including plans, schedules, and reports
- Resolve technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and engineering standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years contractor-side experience in residential/construction projects
- Strong understanding of fitout methodologies and materials
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid PRC license as Civil Engineer (preferred)
