Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end execution of LTA road maintenance projects
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with PE Board standards and LTA regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless delivery
- Conduct site inspections and quality control audits
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports
- Manage permits and liaise with regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from PE Board recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years' experience in road maintenance or civil infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of LTA standards and construction methodologies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
