Grid Vision T&D, a leading provider of transmission and distribution solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer (SCADA/Automation) to join our dynamic team in Kajang, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of SCADA and automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to oversee all phases of project lifecycles—from initial design and documentation to site installation, testing, and commissioning. Your technical expertise in SCADA systems and automation will be critical in providing on-site support, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for SCADA and automation initiatives.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and operation manuals.
- Provide on-site technical support for installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of SCADA and automation systems.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status to management.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or issues.
- Manage project handover, including knowledge transfer, training, and post-project support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering with a focus on SCADA and automation systems.
- Proficiency in SCADA platforms (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, iFix) and PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, DNP3).
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
